However if you checkout the latest Rick Latona auction, going on now, this is a gem compared to a lot of the .nets they have with starting bids of $5-10k+ so what do I know.

Try and get this in one of those major auctions and you'll have the best return methinks. And the quality seems to meet their standards for submission.

Although development would make sense. Even if it only makes $5/day developed, that'd be $1.5k per year, beating the value you'd get on a reseller market if you kept it for over a year.
