Given that recently Car.xyz sold for $3,550, one of the learnings that I am taking away for this month is always review your domain names, see what is trending basis recent sales (may use Namebio here) and price/reprice your domains accordingly.
This strategy can work both ways - negative as well as positive. However, I think if applied correctly, this can bear fruits for us in the long run. At least it will prevent us from underpricing the domain names that we own.
