This is actually not a bad domain, rare in this neck of the site. I could see this domain hosting a blog about inside secrets to winning in Vegas.

Low to mid $xx undeveloped. IMO.

I would say upto $$$ undeveloped and is a name that would certainly be a killer site if developed.
