there are reasons for that

.casino and net dont really compare

.casino doesn't really.sell

when u add it all up u get... don't renew

also, big difference between .net and .casino, which doesn't have history of sales, compared to .net

just like you "bought in" somebody else could buy in too, as some get fooled by how it looks.
but for .com, the chance of it selling, would be higher than chance of .casino.
though that too depends on the price of the com and whether or not it gets traffic.

i own a couple of IDN's, a .de and .com but both have earned enough revenue to pay their renewal fee.
