had to threaten legal action against the seller; was trying to back out of the deal (after I'd paid escrow and he'd accepted the terms). I dropped John Berry Hill's name, and he came around.

if you can afford not to recycle funds, hold for a few months and wear in your siggy like a cheap whore lol. or even chuck in an auction.

its a pretty good flip, so I'm quite happy with it. Already have a couple of other names for purchase in the pipeline so I'm more than happy to flip. I don't have the patience to hold anyway :hehe:
