sold for peanuts, seller would probably make that much in a year or two if they made a drop shipping website with that sort of name!

3L's and 4L's are reporting more and more six figure sales and a 2 L is not slightly more valuable than a 3L, it's in a whole other world. Going by sales history on namebio of 2L that are random (me.com is not random gj.com iw.com is) the seller got a good price but in current times, buyer got a great deal.

Why dropshipping exactly?
People that spend a lot of time on tiktok, ig or fb will get exposed to making money "gurus". They all sell courses and one of the most popular ones claim they will show you how to make money "dropshipping".

Most people watch those clips and they see the guy claiming that all you do is get a shopify account, find products that sell on amazon, go to alibaba, and connect them automatically and the supplier automatically ships. I gave you one version of the story, different gurus have different themes but the keyword is, dropshipping.

Most people never actually try it or work with people filing bankruptcy so they think it works, it's easy. It's like in the late 90's people were convinced that you can buy a home or building no money down. They all saw the same commercial and didn't really know all the details.

People that know I own domains ask me all the time why don't you just set them up as a dropping shipping site? They are not idiots, they just spent a little too much time watching those guru videos. Some claim they know a guy that had nothing, started from nothing and now does dropshipping and makes money while he travels the world on a private 777 escorted by f35's and a SpaceX rocket.

Do some people make money dropshipping? YES, do some people make money playing poker? YES, do some people make money handregging names? YES, do some people make money in crypto? YES.

MOST DO NOT!

Setting up a random site with dropshipping is worthless. However, for people that spent too much time watching social media gurus, dropshipping is the new way to make easy money, it is not, it is a good way to make money selling courses to the sheep.

Yes I understand what dropshipping means and also know for sure that only very few people succeed at it.

I'm just surprised why he thinks setting up a dropshipping site on LL.com will be a more profitable venture in two years than outrightly taking 570k without doing any work. @tiletalk not every dropshipping website will be as successful as wish.com or 1688.com

That was my point with these gurus. Some show screenshots of making millions of dollars a month. If not for these gurus shopify would probably have a fraction of their userbase. Sheepify.com is what I call it.
