Domains:

ivdb.org - From a little research IVDB stands for " intervaginal ballon device " I used an evaluator and It told me that it is worth 45k highly doubtful due to its pr1 authority, IV, DB, and 4 letter domain.

nwolb.net - nothing very special, estibot.com said that it is worth 4k, due to its 250k exact searches monthly.​

The second domain is definitely worth something, if you did your research, nwolb.com goes to a UK online banking website.

I know, but they can take it off me by trademark so I try and not push it.

Just because the other extensions are taken by a company does not mean it's worth something. You have to be careful with trademarks and typos.

Are you going to try to sell Ebay.net to Ebay? And no reseller will touch a trademark or major brand.

To a reseller you are looking at regfee - low $xx.

Chances are low that the owners of the .com want the .net. If they really wanted it they would most likely have got it earlier. It seems the .net has been available for registration for a while.
