Hi Mallik,
The value depends totally on the possiblity of having a Copenhagen and Islamabad TV station. Many people in the tv business predict that it will be easy and much cheaper to start a TV station in the future. Therefore it could be that there will be a few hundred TV stations in a country like Denmark in the future, like what happened with radio stations.
If that is really the case there could be a few TV stations based and about capital cities like Copenhagen (and Islamabad). For now low to mid $$$, but might be much more if the future.
