Is Unstoppable Still Offering Free Transfer Deal?

I see a number of threads about Unstoppable offering up to 50 free transfers. It seems unclear to me if this promo is still available? What do I have to do to get it? I have between 40 and 50 names I would like to transfer. If no longer available, are they offering any other transfer deals right now?
