discuss Is trading domains a thing?

I'd think trading would be easier than selling - e.g. I ran out of funds after purchasing a good name and wanted to trade it for a different domain, due to the sheer amount.
This should be a thing, maybe with transferring.

Scam alert. So many problems one goes first etc but scenario....
Post a high value domain request 100 names to get it. Both agree then how to pay so agree on a price eg 1000 and use paypal thinking protection but numbers are a problem and one fails so end up losing all over one name with dispute.
