or

Upload an image somewhere and forward the domain to the image address.
e.g., if you visit this site vought dot com, you can see the image.

or

Using your own server.

I registered a few domains with Dynadot & they give you a free one page website, logo & 1 email. I wish I registered DOT there just to get that lol.

If you’re comfortable using GitHub, you can create a repository and upload the image there. Then, using GitHub Pages, you can display the image on your domain. It’s free and works well for simple files like images.
