One one of my sites (hdtvkey.com) I have a cell which lists "offers". The offers are the same on each page of the site, which means if I decide to change them I have to go into each.

Is there a way to pull the contents of this cell from, say, a .txt file so that all I have to do is change the .txt file? Sort of like css, but for content instead of style.

Anyone know of a way?

You could use an iframe, if you wanted.

iFrame's the key. You can search in Google for details on how to make iFrames. It's actually very easy. Good luck

I'd say using PHP for it would be a better alternative, but an iFrame works fine too.
