ok i started my heart and mind to develop and promote suretraffic.net as a directory that was yesterday so i set up everything and requested backlinks, 1 submitted a link as usual outside of namepros, then along came a buyer, the offer is U.S.$100 should I take the money and stop the development?

he only wants the domain not the scripts, membership and promotion that goes with it.

For a domain name registered 2 days ago, without a doubt, yes.

All the better he only wants the domain, move the scripts, membership and all that over to another name.

Good luck.

I would take the money. As a domainer, you should develop a better name as in a dot com.

thanks for the advises , i've contacted the buyer and parked it at parked.com momentarily.

i'd sell for $100 too. make sure fees don't eat up too much of it though.

I'd ask for $395 and settle on $200. If he does not budge....sell for $100 then.

If it was via email then you can counter as they would not have a max of $100, that's for sure.

Sounds like they may go higher, I would counter at $500.00.

Still a nice ROI - good job! No need to stop your development; simply buy a new domain with your profits and use the rest for advertising, etc!

Congratulations again!
