Just wanted to find out if this domain name, www.appzdl.com is good, and what kind of application download sites can it host... What do you think this domain will be worth in about a year if it gets good hits...

Its a pretty new website, 1-2weeks old domain.

Domain names can't be good or bad . Can be relevant or not depending on the content from the site .
