The OVT is pretty high, so that is good. Depends on what it is a typo of though.

Thanks DomainRaider. I should have mentioned, it's a generic word, actually the name of a "creature" found out in nature. And it's more of a phonetic (is that the right word?) spelling.

I will not consider typo + .net. I might consider typo + .com

As a general rule, typos are valued by the traffic/revenue they are able to generate. You could register this one and park it. If you don't see any traffic you can always get a refund. (assuming like Godaddy, your registrar allows refunds)
