I was just looking @ sedo and saw the number 1 site for traffic was:

So I regg'd My-Man.us... :red:
Did I just waste my 6 bucks?

I don't see why the domain would receive so much traffic in the first place, but I'm afraid to say with the hypen I think you wasted your six bucks...

I cannot understand the traffic either. I am wondering if they have somenting pointed to it for so much traffic.

Doesn't mean all that traffic is actual (real)! Maybe it's bought or exchanged hits just to increase the count! On the other hand it could be real!!!

Yeah, I've seen a lot of inflating over at Sedo in the couple of years I've used them. I did a quick search though, seems that used to be a gay site that has some backlinks.
Could be legit, but I don't see how your name could capitalize on any traffic.

If you are testing traffic, you may want to go with a registrar like Moniker that allows you to dump domains for only a quarter within the first four days.

EDIT: As irishmat said below, I also believe this only works for .com and .net domains.
