Is this a Bogus job offer?

It seems exactly like another I saw from Russia.

I found them in very good Australian job websites like CareerOne.com.au and Seek.com.au

Look at this:

It sound too good to be true so I think it`s a scam to get your identity since they will ask some ID.

It is a scam

It's the Russian hackmaffia who hacks into online bankaccounts, paypal accounts,...

What they will do is when you contact them they will ask you to give your bankinfo. Then they will wire a large sum to you and you can keep 10% of that, the rest you need to send with Western Union.

Only a couple weeks later you get the police knocking at your door for fraud,... There have been several convictions already in my country for people who fell for this and had to repay the banks (despite they just were the innocent middleman)
