I wonder if by the time mobi takes off with consumers, ( if it ever does) will sony be onto the ps6 and wii a distant memory?

I don't see any value in the dot.mobi's here, just too many extensions removed for these kinds of multi-word domain names to have any value for selling or traffic. Only good for developing if you're interested in that, IMO.

The two dot.com's aren't bad. I assume you don't have the plural wiiCheatCodes.com or you would have posted that, and it is better than your singular version and it also has some Overture results. So your version will have value only in developing or if it scrapes any traffic, I think you'd have a difficult time selling it to anyone for more than xx unless they really wanted it.
Same with the wiiSource.com; not a bad name if someone wants to develop a site about it, sales, tips, info, cheats, etc., and I think it's the best name in this lot, but again I think it's a hard sell since there are so many similar names both for sale and to reg with the keyword wii in them. Again, maybe in the xx range, or at most in the low xxx, unless you find a motivated buyer.

Key to these names is development, if you're interested in developing sites about the wii; in my rock-bottom-humble-opinion I don't see more than a small resell value, sorry to say that

What do you mean by in the xx range, or at most in the low xxx. Is this the same thing as 2 figure and 3 finger sales?

Yup, xx is $10 - 99, and xxx is 100 - 999. So when someone says low to medium xx it can mean around 10 - 50 dollars, or medium to high xxx would mean 500 - 900, etc, you can figure it out from there.
