Is there any value for .LA Domains???

I want to know the present market valuation of .LA Domains...is it worthy to catch any country name in .LA extension like kuwait.la??

Maybe it has some value. but curious who will take it as their website?
A kuwait branch company in LA or the kuwait embassy?

very interesting thing is most of the extensions in country names are already registered except "NGO & OGN.

.la are starting to make an entrance in the Chinese market, on a recent 4cn auction report I listed some .la sales; one being a 2N which took the number two spot of the month. Could be worth noting.
