advice Is .net still worth it?

We got a few more .net domains on our portfolio. They have great names! But unsure if .net is still valuable.. Thoughts?

Net becoming a more specialized tld.
(just like io was & is).

Last time I visited a net website, it was an educational platform.

These kind of sites don't necessarily need a com, as they have a very clear defined audience.

Thus, no need for broad identification,
as a brand.

Still, they want an international recognizable tld.
