Is jrrg.com a top domain?

Well, Sedo thinks so. I just saw this domain on their front page 'Top Domains' list, above domain like xmas.om, item.com and loan.biz. A screenshot is attached.

How could anybody think this is a premium domain?

Has an unusual amount of hits on Google for what appears to be a set of 4 random letters. But... without knowing more I would have to say this definitely isn't a "top" domain.
