Is it the real thing??

Just a quick poll:
Here in the UK Coke have just released CocaCola "Zero" to a huge fanfare.
I ordered some "regular" Coke for my home delivery but they ran out so they gave me this as a replacement.
Man it tastes like sh*t, worse than Pepsi Max.
I have a 2 liter bottle, it's barely 25% done and I can't drink any more of it. Gonna use it tomorrow to clean the toilet with.

Never tried it...But if i am correct..it's a diet coke of sorts...With that said..I agree...It must taste aweful.

It came out in Australia probably 3 months ago. It no taste good

It actually tastes better than diet coke. I would drink it more often but I don't like the fake sweetners...(health reasons.)

All in all it's actually the closest they've come to the taste of real coke (sugar filled)

I like Diet Coke > Reg Coke > Coke "zero"

Diet coke tastes LESS sickly-sweet to me, i've obviosly been corrupted by only having diet coke in the house :X

I don't think it's bad, but I don't drink too much soda, and if I do, it's always diet.

The one thing I never get is this: why is there a drink called Diet Sprite Zero? Isn't that a double negative or something? I looked at the back, and there's 1% sodium too.

Sorry I have to amit it tastes awful compared to cokes other drinks and the proper coke!

Coca Cola Zero and Diet Coke are the same thing, if you notice all drinks companys are moving away from the word "Diet" (eg: Fanta Light, Sprite Zero). Because quite simply the word diet is assosiated with fat people and thats not a good image to have. And plus they made the bottle black because blacks cool and sleek and if you drink it then you will also be cool (subliminal messaging for you, lol).

I've tried Coca Cola Zero, and having not tried original coke for years I didnt taste a difference. I'm sure a regular drinker could distinguish between them, but I couldnt.
