I have an account with Dynadot and they seemed to be fine.

I believe it was ranked 10 or 12 out of 30 top ranked registrars by the website mag.

do you mean will someone steal your name ideas? i haven't noticed any phantom regging going on.

the nice thing about dynadot is you can put $100 in the kitty, reg whatever you feel like, have 4 days to think about it, and click delete if you decide against it. i feel like i've both saved money and saved names for myself through this method (i'm much less cautious).
