Just to discuss , please share your views about adjusting or tweaking already registered domain and brands names into new domain name. For Example NamePros to Nameepros ---- Namepross--- Nyempros--- Nymeporo on same TLDs? I have found few domain names here too, members shared for selling which are more like a engineered or inspired version of already registered domains or brands.

Is this approach is right?

P.S ( If similar discussion has already been done on this Forum, share the link and discuss over there. I will remove this one.)

Well whether right or wrong, let's first ask who is going to buy the name? Namepros would more than likely file a UDRP on the name, especially if developed in the domain content space.

So any potential buyer would think about that and pass on the domain name.

Now a generic name, there is someone operating at Bloom, Blooom and Bloooom.com so as long as not in the same business Bloom.com would probably not bother with the other two, But I would imaginge someone owning appple.com and running a business in tech or music might get contacted by Apple.

It's a complicated game that one has to wonder what is the end game? More than likely few sales, potential to be labeled a cybersquatter and forget the UDRP but rather an ACPA filing where you lose name, pay their legal fees, and $100,000 penalty.

Juice is not worth the squeeze.

Thanks euity78, What if they are replacing the TLDs of some huge brands and enterprises. For example. NESTLE (dot) COM to NESTLE (dot) IO or (dot) CO etc..

This is obvious TM infrigement, the only thing you will get is not a sale, but a lawsuit if you catch them in a bad mood.
