Is Google down?

For the past 20-30 minute I can't hit google at all. Also any site that pulls google adwords doesn't work either for me. Is anyone else having this issue?

I can't access my Gmail either. It says there's a server error and Gmail will be down temporarily.

I can access Google's homepage though and I can do searches.
