Between the domains you have listed, I would hold on to dubaitechs.com, dubairevenue.com and dubaistartups.com this ones nice, really hard to predict the value, but I would say low-mid $xx per domain undeveloped to a reseller.

The rest I would say reg fee.

As for it being a flop, definitely not though it is more of a long term investment whilst Dubai continues its growth, so hang onto them.

Don't forget that Dubai also use their own ccTLD which is .AE (Arab Emirates).
