Is Carl Ocab Really Who He Says He is?

One day I came across a blog, and its author (Carl Ocab) claims to be a 13-14 year old problogger from the Philippines. His English writing skills is even better than many British kids his age (I used to be a moderator at a forum full of British kids :D) and his SEO knowledge is way better than many experts (Google search "make money online" and you'll see what I mean...his blog is #1 on the results page).

I really admire the kid, it's hard to believe he's so young! :D If he is who he says he is, then he must be phenomenal.
