Is autoscouts24 TM?

Hi,
i own autoscouts24.org and need a little help
about if this domain have TM issue or not.
i checked "autoscouts24" and "auto scouts 24"
and it's clear or must i check all combination with
auto and scouts?

Definitely a conflict you should avoid.

Autoscout24.de is a huge company in Germany (and Europe). They all belong to the Scout24 family of domains:

Scout24
AutoScout24
ElectronicScout24
FinanceScout24
FriendScout24
JobScout24
TravelScout24

Along with other names like Jobs.de, Local24.de, Scout24.de, Scout24.ch, Scout24.at

Here's a link to a WIPO action won by Autoscout24 took against autoscout24-dealers.com. http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/decisions/html/2005/d2005-0777.html.

This company is going to fight for the Scout24 name, so you might as well prepare to be sued if you try to steal their brand.

Isn't there something else that you might want to register that isn't going to cost you a fortune in lawyer fees?

The company in Germany often tries to over reach their TM as well. Our sister company Namescout.com which is a fully functional registrar and has been for years received a C&D letter demanding we hand over the domain as it contains the word scout.

But I guess they backed out after maybe just responding once to them?

Yes, as in the actual domain name namescout.com. They backed off once they were informed this was a fully operational registrar that had been in business for years and were made aware that they were over reaching with their claim.
