it's a 2 letter, 1 # domain, I think $3K is a good price. You could build an advertising company around it. Ad1.com is kinda catchy

Haha, you got a point there of maybe making it into an advertising company. If it worth more I'm sure people will bid higher. :imho:

Without taking a look into traffic or backlinks, IMO this domain has a max. value of arround 200-500 not more.
I bet, the 2700 will not be paid.

Well, I just thought a 2 letter, 1 number dot com might be worth 5k+
also it is really a 2 letter word 'ad' and 1 number dot com.........

I would say that undeveloped, it is certainly not worth over 2k.

Thats alot more than its worth, and im wondering if the buyer will actually pay up.....

Yes but I think the reason it is going so high sabre is because of the very nice name, ad1.com. Very easy to remember, and it is not like 57z.com or ch6.com.
