From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

Exactly. He's now sorting things out only because the whole thing has exploded in his face. I'm also tired of these people using euphemisms to describe what Adam did (overpromising,underdeliver...). What the f*ck is wrong with you guys. What he did is FRAUD, plain and simple!! I think I'll write Marissa Mayer an email and let her know about the use of her image in this well planned rip-off. She does have the means to get this guy into court unlike many of the victims that came here to speak out the truth.

I doubt that she'll be interested. If her image was still being used, she'd probably just have her lawyers issue a cease and desist order, but since it's already been removed they probably won't care.

Perhaps editing the OP with Adams email and his statement that he is willing to resolve issues so that actual victims don't have to read 50+ pages to find help.

This whole debacle came as a surprise to many domainers (mostly new ones I guess). I think people need this thread to ventilate their opinions and try to understand everything (since only a few people know the entire story).

Does anyone know how to contact the Canadian version of the IRS? I would guess that a person with a non-existent or, at best, messy bookkeeping system combined with a non-existent or, at best, loose code of ethics and a blatant disregard for the law would be a prime candidate for a tax audit. I would not be surprised if that was the next big shoe to drop in this guy's story.

I wouldn't be surprised either. I remember him talking on DS about how easy was for anyone to go offshore to bypass... restrictions.

You're really no better than the person you're trying to harm.

Well, now that more of the complete picture has been revealed, take note of those individuals bestowing the award. It says a lot about THEIR character and/or ignorance of the truth.

I'm not sure I agree. What would have been lost if that piece of information had been left out? The fact that Adam was dropped from Domain Sherpa adds nothing to the weight of the complaints from the actual victims. I think those claims could have stood on their own.
