This story starts with DNF; a barren wasteland that once was a leading forum within the domain industry. While the forum itself played a huge role in propagating the myth that is Adam Dicker, the story really begins with DNF College in the summer of 2011.

Updates / Reports
These are in no particular order.

From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

To the victims, I think the strategy now seems to be to wait in the slight hope that Dicker will go back to repaying you. I think it's the wrong way to go. How many more broken promises will it take? Time is Dicker's ally not yours. As someone else suggested, file claims for chargebacks with your bank and/or paypal if you're still within the time parameters.

For everyone else, it's time to report this to law enforcement. If you are in the US, report this to the FBI internet crime center. As many victims are spread out over several states and with the perp residing in another country, the FBI. being a federal agency and connected to other countries' law enforcement agencies, have the best resources to investigate him and hopefully freeze his assets. They also being a federal agency need time to do this. Get the ball rolling now. He's already moved many of his domains to Uniregistrar which is offshore. I believe this is why he owed Schilling the 5-figure debt. He has friends in Europe that he can possibly move some assets to if necessary.

Assuming his debts to victims are into the 6-figures, selling Rams.com and DCG.com would cover everyone. So he has the ability to repay but I guarantee you he won't unless absolutely forced to. He's been given more than enough time to live up to his word. Stop relying on an internet forum. Real Shane, Fake Shane, Part 2, etc will only push him into hiding. Publicly outing him has only worked to a small extent. It's like using a fly swatter on an elephant. You should know who you are up against by now. Your destiny is in your own hands.

I think these are wise words. Despite his moral shortcomings Dicker is a savvy guy. His resume shows he has had prior failures and scandals with Satan's Playhouse, Go Daddy and mugshot removals scam. He knows how to protect himself, how to do damage control and then pivot into a new business arena. Dicker has a strategy and a plan and he is enacting it right now. You should be enacting yours as well. Continuing to wait is naive and unproductive in my humble opinion. Either take government/legal action or walk away and get on with your life. Thanks for coming forward with your stories and you have my sincerest hopes for the best possible outcome for you and your families.

I'd be careful doing charge backs Adam dicker has a history of posting full public details on people that did charge backs against him for his Satans playhouse criminal enterprise. The link was posted. He has xx charge back and listed people's full names and info.

I think at this time attention should be turned to 'the real shane'. His detailed blog posting started this. He claimed to have more information and he'd release it on Friday.

It certainly feels like it is time to release that part, now it is clear that Adam Dicker has no intention of paying, but you do also need to respect Shane's time. The moment he releases that part he's going to be chained to the computer for a few days.

That's all well and good if you just flip domains or run an ecommerce business (which you can put on holiday mode), but he's currently a full time student, so investing that time is going to be dependent on third parties dictating his schedule (example: an assignment deadline).

It's not that.

It seems the only person who understands is @Domain Shane.

I am a bit surprised that domainnamesales has not removed him from their broker directory yet:

Adam Dicker is one of the top twenty most influential people in the internet. Adam is constantly able to get more out of buyers than most as he specializes in negotiations and sales. Adam Dicker was one of the first people to sell a domain name for over 1 million dollars. Adam Dicker is the man behind DNF , Nichewebsites.com, and AdamDicker.com.

The Domain Consulting Group Inc., a company that owns thousands of high-profile domains and operates over 37,000 domain names and active websites.

Adam Dicker was the Vice President of Go Daddy for about 4 years and has a load of good contacts and can sell anything to anyone.

In 2003, he purchased DNF, now the most popular domain name forum on the Internet, which welcomes both beginners and domain industry experts alike. Adam has been a frequent speaker at T.R.A.F.F.I.C., the leading industry conference in the domain industry, and has been nominated for several Traffic Awards over the years. He was elected to the “Domainer Hall of Fame” in 2011, and more recently in 2014 he was voted “Developer of the Year” and “Domainer of the Year.”

When he is not working Adam is spending time with the people who matter most in the world to him, his wife Wendy, and his four incredible children; Jordan, Corey, Julie and Amanda.

Maybe, just maybe, and sadly, it may be time for all to accept and admit the overall facts presented here in this thread, and elsewhere, that the title of this thread has seemingly been..resoundingly answered??

So where is part 2 and what are you waiting for? Godot?
Not too many are going to get that reference, 'ster.
Good one though.

Peace,
Cy

It seems the only person who understands is @Domain Shane.

Well both you and Domain Shane have stated that you are reluctant to post whatever it is that you know, because once you do there is no chance the victims will get their money back.

I do understand that. Unfortunately it creates a bit of a paradox, because Adam Dicker could argue that if he refunds people you are free to unleash whatever is supposed to be in part 2.

If the only thing stopping part 2 being published is the small sliver of hope that some are clinging on to that they may one day be refunded, then Adam Dicker is being given a reason to string people along for as long as possible.

Your motivation for not publishing could easily be his motivation for not refunding.

I think most seasoned investors, who have taken a few lumps along the way, understand that chasing lost money is not the optimal use of time and energy.

It costs money.
It distracts you from moving forward with productive projects.
It doesn't work.

I try to think of it as tuition. Some investor friends talk about seminars. :) "It was a good year except for that $100,000 seminar I took."

seriously would love to know what 100,000 job offer he had at 18? Anyone have any idea?

I wonder if they know they are on there?

By the way, it is wise to screenshot and save Dicker stuff - sometimes it disappears lol.

Um well if you make bad picks in the stockmarket yes...

But if someone comes in your house, steals your antique clock, pawns it, and spends that on cocaine and hookers and you have that on CCTV... if you hand over the CCTV to the cops and the guy gets put away at least other people are protected.

In fact Dicker kindly warns people about scammers:
http://www.adamdicker.net/watch-out-for-scammers-and-scam-domains-2/
Watch out for scammers and scam domains
SCAMMERS normally register a domain and have a website for an imaginary company. They also use e-mail addresses based on that domain. The site usually uses text and/or images copied from legitimate websites.

I posted a warning to others in the DNF College facebook page...I was unable to post a new posting do to limitations on admin approval but was able to post under the latest review video:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/domaincollege/647319752075639/

Adam is quoted as saying:
Adam Dicker There is much more to this story that will come out.

Makes me wonder just how much more will come spilling out of this situation.

By the way, there was a warning on DNF about Adam Dicker spamming DNF users... I can confirm, my email I use with DNF gets heavily spammed. I only use this email for NP, DNF and Bitnami...

We can't trust Adam Dicker with our personal info on that forum.. I honestly would advise people to stop using it, let's boycott DNF until it moves hands....
