I am not sure sedo can be held liable. It is very clear if you do a search for iraq.com that it's for sale, but it's NOT at auction. But if you type in lraq.com it's clear the domain is up at auction.

I do think they should remove the underline, because it hides, g and q and p.

I think bidders see it as a typo for "iraq" , which it really does.

Also, alexa rank for Lraq.com is 323,443 .. but i think it's fake one ( common alexa error ) because if you looked at the end of Alexa Page for this domain you will notice
