Iranians Want Democracy, Nuclear Inspections

Most Iranians support nuclear inspections, a democratic government and normal relations with the United States, a poll by a U.S.-based organization has found.

Terror Free Tomorrow found 80 percent of Iranians support full inspections and a guarantee not to develop nuclear weapons in return for aid from other countries.

Slightly more than half, however, said they still favor the development of nuclear weapons and think the country would be safer with them. Developing the weapons is considered a "very important" priority for just 29 percent of those polled.

But when presented with an option to give up nuclear weapons development in return for outside aid, only 17 percent still supported nuclear weapons development.

Good for them,

So we inspect them. Then what? We say their weapons grade, Shut it down.

They disagree sh** hits the fan and more problems.

I love the U.S I support the U.S but of course may not agree with every decision. Reason: We don't know all the facts.

Believe their reason for Iraq is much more than just Iraq. Have you ever played Chess? It could be a very strategic move towards the next world war.

Look at the globe, the U.S is sitting in a strong position with plenty of tools at their disposal.

It's not Iraq, it's world.

It will never happen, Just as Iraq will never be liberated or have a democracy, They have no idea what either one really is, and don't care, Thier religion wont allow for it either, Iran is no different, I am sure some of the people want freedom and ect, But as a majority, They don't want us there period.

Someone mentioned on another forum that they see this as pre-war strategy.. take a poll, show the Iranians wanr democracy as an excuse to invade and "give" them what they want.. makes a bit of (scary) sense, especially in light of this (only 2 voted no):
