Didn't even realize it's an IDN if you didn't tell. It looks very legit ( I had to copy and paste it in my search bar too make sure haha - xn--p1a7b.com). Not sure about the value though, I think you can get $$$ on Flippa (saw some IDNs being sold there in the $$$ range in the last months), but make sure you tell the buyers it's an IDN Good luck!

I also thought why did he ask for appraisal for such a rare domain, and then realized it was IDN, lol... I don't understand all that hype about IDN domains - you see "ip.com", you type "ip.com" and... you reach quite different site! I wouldn't give a reg fee for such a domain, but ok, it's only me...

I agree with you, I wouldn't reg an IDN domain, but there seem to be people buying them on Flippa according to Namebio, I think this name can hold value:

apps.net (xn--80a6aa8f.net - $200 - 07/07/2017)
äy.com (xn--y-zfa.com - $150 - 07/05/2017)
trùmp.com (xn--trmp-mra.com - $204 -22/05/2017)
softᴡare.com (xn--softare-l41c.com - $200 - 06/04/2017)
etc..

So that's why I gave a valuation of $$$.
