While i love the domain name itself being an exsmoker myself. The government has it wrapped up in Oz, with http://www.quitnow.gov.au/

I think the best end user is going to be https://www.nicorette.com.au/ most of the others in Australia are non profits or the ilk with their hands out for government funding so will not have deep enough pockets for a decent sale.

Having said that, I'd value this at above the $50,000 mark, and much more would depend on your sales ability and who you get in front of.

Appreciate it - have a reached out to Nicorette after finally getting to the Marketing decision maker so I will keep you updated. Nicorette spend $28k per month on Adwords compared to Nicabate's $6k so I suspect that's a fair indication of the difference in their marketing budgets.
