IPS Tag change screw up

Hi all, firstly sorry if this is the wrong category!

Basically, I had a domain with FastHosts and like every FastHosts customer, decided to leave them and host with a far more superior company.

Cut to the chase; I wanted to transfer a .co.uk domain name to my new registrar, followed the FastHosts guide which said "Change IPS Tag to ENOM" as soon as I did that the domain name disappeared from "My Domains" and I'm worried that my domain name has been lost in domain name limbo!

Any ideas on who I need to speak to in regard to getting maybe the EPP code to transfer it to the new registrar?

Any help is appreciate.

In the first instance you'll need to talk to Enom and ask them to either add your domain to your account, or ask them to put in a new ISP Tag for the new registrar if you want to move again. (Nominet should have sent Enom notification of your earlier tag change to them so they should know about your domain)

Transfers between registrars for UK domains are a "push" rather than a "pull" like .com and .info etc.
