ipowerweb.com domainname reg inferno!

Hello.
I just read at domainingblog the $2.95 reg fee at ipowerweb.com and thought: what the hell?.... and that's what has become the process: a hell on earth!!

Since friday I've writed/talked about 6 or 7 times with support team (live chat and e-mail) and, still, I don't know how the @#&% where to go to manage the domain name (of course, they billed me on time).

Anybody has suffered this before?.

Is there a URL to log-in and manage the domain name?
Is there a username/password e-mail that I never received?

This is a clear example that, sometimes, cheap things become expensive.

i regged a domain there, and never figured it out.
as far as i know, they never billed my card .. so i let it go.
my advice: stay away. if you want a cheap domain .. and haven't done so .. use yahoo domains. (they now limit how many you can register on an account, although i do not believe they disallow you from opening a new account to register another domain). or use a regular good but inexpensive registrar like fabulous.com .. and many others out there.

STAY AWAY ! it's absolutely terrible , i have ran into a lot of problems with them, same for the huge amount of mail and chat time spent on them without results ... :td:

In fact, all the rest of my domain names are registered with "good" companies (namecheap, netfirms, goddaddy, etc.). I just wanted to "test" this $2.95 offer, but it's been a complete time wasting. It's like talking to a wall, exasperating...

I'm thinking of posting here the thread of gmail I've maintained with them (uhmm, I should say: with their bots), it's surrealistic.
