As I understand it, ONLY if you do TWO or more of these things (per ICANN policy), then that becomes a serious risk:
1) The domain infringes upon a trademark.
2) You're selling a competing product or service to the trademark holder.
3) You're showing "bad intent", ie: trying to extort the trademark holder by asking for ten million if they want their domain back, or redirecting unknowing customers to something terribly inappropriate.
