Hi, I have just bought the domain IPhoneSeller.net from Domain Name Aftermarket for $5(+1 year $9.99 domain registration).

I thought it's a great name and it already has google pr 3.

It would be difficult to think of any use for this name except as a website that might sell iphones? I see potential trademark issues..

Definitely trade mark issues. They'll come down on you like a ton of bricks.
Cut your losses and bin it. I registered dellinternet.com a few yeares back and got a nice letter from their attorneys (not). It nearly cost me thousands! Lucky escape.

I'd recommend that you don't dev it as your efforts would go waste. Sooner or later, you are bound to get a letter from Apple's attorneys.
Try selling it off quickly on the merit of its PageRank.
