I'm considering this domain as a purchase as it has 3.6k monthly searches, 6 adwords competitors and a cpc of $28.02 and when I entered it into udrp it said no cases and no copyright at all but when I tried domain iq it said it has a 10/10 chance of trademark what gives? and what do I listen to?

It has a high cpc with lots of traffic monthly searches and even exact searches.

I see. But it has all these because of the term `iphone` `which is trademarked. It is illegal and bad practice to infringe on others TM and that is what you would be doing with this name. There are still many non TM names you can buy if you look well enough

That makes sense thanks I thought as long as it's not exactly the same or there's no TM it's ok.

And there a reason it totally dropped so it can be hand regged.

iphoneevoloution is confusingly similar to iphone and therefore if you put any ads or information relating to phones, it will be an absolutely a slam dunk for apple, if they went for a UDRP; which is the best you could hope for, as it costs you nothing except loss of name. However if they took it to court for trademark infringement, total different ball game, you would be liable for their costs and damages.
Thats the risk, up to you whether you are willing to take that risk for the potential rewards.

Thanks you're right the would be the best case scenario but even better then that is leaving it entirely and I learned a thing or two thanks to you guys.

Parking is a dying business model. Google hates them so dont index them. You are left with direct type in traffic, whose going to type iphoneevolution.com into the address bar. Click through rate criteria gets harder as time goes on. Most parking companies ban trademarks because it hurts their commercial relationships with Google and Yahoo. Be lucky to get it parked and if you did, it will prove to be hard to get your yearly reg fee back on this name.
