Please help me understand why domains with ipad in them are bad -- but there are hundreds of ipod related domains?

yeah it's easy to get saturday night fever and start regging this type of domains, you maybe even get away with it but the bottom line is that a trademark is a trademark and if they want to they can come after you for it

Been there, done that... I can at least say mine had a good personality and we stayed "friends" for a year, but it was always a bit difficult to look "her" right in the eye and I was always too embarrassed to take her out in public.

Then, at the end of that year, I knew it was time to say goodbye. I tried to explain that it was "just me", but I don't think she believed me. This was a painful experience for both of us but at least I learned some important lessons from the relationship (no more drinking and regging) and, if our paths ever cross again, I will make try to make it up to her...
