IOT is clearly a quality term (although over registered like most trends), and .com is of course great.
The question is does sponsor make sense going with IOT? What sort of applications did you see as possible when you obtained the name?

I obtained it because i thought maybe some company would come up with idea of internet of things sponsor or like sponsoring internet of things?

Well in the sense of doing research and development, a bunch of big companies are in the IoT.

If there was an industry association to support through research grants, etc. they might regard this as a good name. Not sure.

I could not see in Namebio any sale that ends with word sponsor (and .com extension) at all, but obviously some sale needs to be first!

Best of luck with it! GoValue do suggest about $1200, which might help if you get a potential buyer to the state of considering what they might pay for it.
