I plan to hold it for an offer, but want opinions on its “true value”, not estibot or godaddy. Any feedback is appreciated.

The somewhat comparable Namebio sales are all over the place. For example, InvoiceTools just sold for $140 on GoDaddy in December, and the singular InvoiceTool for almost exactly the same a year or so earlier. InvoiceTemplate went for $15,000 two years ago on Uniregistry. InvoiceTrack went for $3500 on Sedo but back in 2011. I would say your name is more like the higher value sales names. Domains ending in spot have quite often garnered good prices, like OfficeSpot for about $10,000. So I feel confident in saying it will go from somewhere between low $$$ to low/mid $$$$$ :-/, but I suspect you were looking for a more precise answer! Good luck with it!

Thanks @MetBob! I value all opinions and understand no one can predict an exact number. Thanks for the feedback. Is namebio the only one who provides this service?

(1) Namebio is probably the largest source of sales information, for publicly disclosed sales of $100 and more from a number of sources.
https://namebio.com/

(2) You can get some sales that don't show up on Namebio when you do a GoDaddy GoValue valuation (unfortunately they do not give the year of the sale, or where it sold, just the price; assume most is from GDA and Afternic)
https://www.godaddy.com/domain-value-appraisal

(3) You can get some sales data including lower value than covered by Namebio from DNPric.es
http://dnpric.es/

(4) An Estibot search will show some comparators (but fewer than GoValue). You can do 5 free valuations a day.
https://www.estibot.com/

(5) An additional source for some sales data (particularly ngTLDs) is Namestats. If you go to the right column and part way down you will see a list of marketplace and premium sales. For many I find it includes sales not shown in the other (as well as those shown). You first select the extension that you are looking for comparator sales in, e.g. .site
https://namestat.org

(6) It is in beta and not yet very complete but you may find useful data in SoldDomains
http://sold.domains/

Hope this is helpful (to you and others!)

I normally use (1), (2) and (5). Then if I am really interested use up one of my Estibot on the name, and sometimes go to the other choices if I am having trouble finding much. Namebio is so nice that you can do things like select if you want the word to start or end, or a certain date, range, etc. We are so lucky to have such a superb tool available.

Thanks again @MetBob. I didn’t know of 3, 5, or 6. I just bookmarked them all.
