There are a few reasons I think it must have some value:

• The domain design.studio was sold for 15,000 USD in 2017
• Appraisal tools show value for the domain (I know they can't be totally trusted but can give a vague guessimate)
• Similar domains (one word).studio are being offered for sale at considerable prices

Your domain hasn't a meaning and the two words don't match at all. Invite.studio has absolutely zero value.
Anyway you are free to believe whatever you prefer.
