Hi,my name's Josh and I have a business proposition for you. I'm creating a news site on controversial news and also news that bring a lot of traffic and value. The name of this site is called Heatednews.com Heatednews is a news site that will focus on exciting,devastating and surprising articles. The main purpose of creating heatednews.com is to provide readers with exciting articles that will make viewer's wanting more.
Investment

The total amount of money needed to start this project is around $500-100,000. The seed money invested will be used for hosting,branding,seo,ranking,baclinks,website development, and staff recruitment.
Investors will receive dividends by the end of each month. The amount of money you receive depends on how much money you invest in the company. The more you invest the higher your stake in the company.

I will sign for copyrights and trademarks for heatednews.com, all the content on the site will be protected by copyright and trademark laws. We will also enforce a strict rules that will apply to our employees regarding legal issues. Investors will have a legal binding contract that they will need to sign in order to invest in heatednews.com. (contract does not need faxing or scanning, it is done online)

Profits from heatednews.com will be made through various ad agency's.We will also give potential affiliates the option to post ads and reviews on heatednews.com, another profit will come from the heatednews estore(estore.heatednews.com) which will feature e-books and other internet-based products and services. I will come up with a system for communication for all employees that will be both smart and productive. This system will allow employees to be able to work with and contact other employees easily. This system will be used also for the company executives and investors that need to communicate with each other.
Site development

The site will possibly be developed by a professional development company. It will be developed using a professional cms, possibly wordpress to start it off. The site will also have ddos protection and will be very secure. The hosting will be done by a premium host and will be improved as the user base increases.
Social Aspect

Heatednews will have fan bases in both twitter and facebook. The site's news ranking system will be done by users heating up an article or flushing the article down. The more the article has heated up the higher the rank. Articles will also have degrees set to them, so the higher the degree the hotter the article( no pun intended). There will be positions for every poster( similar to huffington post's positions) where users will be able to like other user reply and also dislike user reply.
This is just a small business plan for heatednews.com , the actual business plan itself is much larger and much more detailed.( with charts and graphs and statics).
