Previous offers for Investmenttips.com

I have turned down offers in excess of 5 figures for InvestmentTips.com.
Your offer is very laughable... btw...I'm in the process of adding another 3-4 years and mayble longer to the reg.

Then why not give a price range at the beginning and save us all the bother of responding.

C'mon, $25.00 offer on InvestmentTips.com? Are you kidding me?
There is no justification in making such a ridiculous offer, you know that.
Besides, this isn't the place for that. This isn't the "fixed offer" message board.
If you interested in making a serious offer, then make it. Otherwise, don't.

Be nice PremDNs, you posted in the make offer section. If you post here and don't put a starting offer at then someone can offer $1.

Everyone has different levels of expertise in this business and may not understand the value of specific domains.

There is a section for HIGH PRICED domains, you may want to post there.

Nice domain and good luck.

Thank you Patrick.
Yes, I am a nice person. My intent was not to offend. However, I was greatly offended by the $25.00 price for such an obvious high caliber domain. I've had a few people email me after seeing the $25 offer and each agreed that it was uncalled for and two different people pointed out that I should not even bother making a reply. I wrote back stating that I'm a nice guy and I always try and reply to anyone who is interested whether or not I think that party is truly interested.

thanks again...btw...in what price range would you place investmenttips.com if you were me? And don't worry I won't be offended. :)

I have purchased better names for less than $25. I have offended people, and other people have jumped at the sale. Domaining wholesale like this yields the same money you would get by pawning off jewelry or whatever at a pawn shop. The truth is the name may be worth a lot to an end user, but until it is developed it is all SPECULATION. So, to one $25 and to another $2500 depends on potential use and resale valuation for that specific buyer. Come on these are wholesalers here. The buyer would have probably turned it for $60 and been happy with a small profit. So it isn't like he was in it to take advantage of you or somehow trying to insult you.

So, if you want a better offer than $25, post your desired minimum offer. Then get irritated if someone doesn't respect that. Or, hold the name until you find an end user willing to give you five figures. The truth is, I would NEVER pay five figures for that name without a developed site and brand penetration.

Best wishes with your sale. I am sure it is worth MORE than five figures to the right buyer. But the right buyer isn't combing Name Pros make offer section.

Sell to an end user and make a fortune.

Cheers.

Wow that is a tough question. I think it's already been said, most people here on the forums are looking for wholesale/reseller deals only. I think a fair price to a wholesaler would be high $xx to low $xxx.

Now being an investor myself and with it's end user potential i would say low $xxxx. but you have to find the end user which is not that easy.

Is it that bad I try to catch a deal every now and then? No starting offer stated.

Sorry Justin, I didn't mean to come across like that. Nothing wrong with trying to get a great deal now and then. Good luck in the future.

Maybe I'll just get this up and see what type of offers I get.

Thanks everyone for the replys.
