I am trying to transfer a domain from Namecheap to Dynadot, when I use the auth code which Namecheap has sent, I am getting a message that the auth code is invalid, despite trying repeatedly. Has anyone else faced this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

I do not have xyz domains at present. How do you fix this problem?

Did you double check the spelling of the domain you are transferring?
Also, did you unlock the domain at Namecheap?

What's the domain extension of the domain?

You need to contact Namecheap live support to generate a new code or have their technical team check the issue.

Maybe your domain is locked, double-check it

I've had issues with copy and paste.

Perhaps it's adding extra spaces or the like.

I have ensured that there are no extra spaces while copy pasting, the account manager has also checked.

Did you try getting a new code generated yet?
