Intripita is a soon-to-be-global firm specializing in developing, hosting, and improving client-based websites and virtual companies.
We'll be offering three main services:
- Business-Grade Web Hosting
- Conferencing
- Web Development
Each service has its own uniqueness about it, and each one requires a couple talented individuals up to the simple job of their applied duty.
A list of jobs needed is described below. (Note that benefits may not be applicable right away and may need to wait until a little while after launch.) *None of these positions should replace a full or part-time job. They are not/should not be that time-consuming.* Intripita manages all finances for you and pays you what you earn. Think of Intripita as an outlet for your work. You will be interacting directly with clients.
--Currently seeking 0 hosting support agents, 0 developers, and 1 adviser. --
(Update... Was seeking a 2/2/2 ratio, but have found some, so I updated the numbers.)
Web Hosting Support Agent
Intripita will not offer hosting packages; rather each package is customized to the client's needs. Each client gets a personal support agent (an agent can have several clients assigned to him/her) who basically becomes the client's IM/email/phone/whatever personal friend. Business is then conducted from a friend-to-friend basis, not client-to-representative.
BENEFITS: Free legal copy of Trillian Astra (once released by Cerulean Studios -- until released, use Trillian Basic), free high-quality hosting (within reason), and good payment.
PAYMENT: Paid a % of monthly or annual client fees, at similar intervals; find your own clients to earn more money. Simple.
REQUIREMENTS: Previous hosting business experience, high-speed (always-on) Internet... also should be accessible via IM and email as often as possible... so generally whenever you come online, you should be available.
Conferencing Adviser
Businesses and webmasters need help. Advisers help businesses and individuals with their management, financial, and other NON-TECHNICAL (meaning no coding/database jargon) details. Database design would be a plus, but not offered (since it's somewhat technical) unless somebody wants the job that knows databases. In general, should have background knowledge of website/business things.
*I use the term "Adviser" instead of "Consultant" for legal reasons. Consultants must be registered and have licenses. It's just a more entry-level term, which is okay.*
BENEFITS: Open to suggestions. Don't be afraid to submit one/some.
PAYMENT: On commission; find your own clients, get more jobs, etc, to earn more money. It's that easy.
REQUIREMENTS: Seeking those with skills in several areas, from finances to business (management) to database design to webmaster processes, etc.
Website Developer
The brunt of the technical work, these guys need to know how to program web applications. Right now, developers with skills in HTML/CSS (required), PHP, Ruby on Rails, or some other sort of Linux-supported programming language are being sought. Graphics skills useful but not mandatory, as upcoming partner and affiliate A Minor Studios will do the brunt of the design/graphics work.
BENEFITS: Open to suggestions. Don't be afraid to submit one/some.
PAYMENT: Also on commission; find more clients, get more money. It's faster than waiting for them to come to you. Payments secured by Intripita before allowing work to be done; down-payments also secured.
REQUIREMENTS: Should have at least a few years of programming experience with some type of portfolio to show. Must be willing to work with A Minor Studios to negotiate any development design tasks. Must be a flexible coder. All-in-all, well-rounded. Optimum style: FREELANCE. Consider this a great outlet for your work. Stop earning money bid-to-bid and earning project-to-project, secured by Intripita.
--------------------
I've put almost 8 months of planning into business plans so far, and have a schematic nearly 20 pages long describing process details worked out. I expect the launch of Intripita during the summer this year, 2007.
I've come up with a website design and have begun construction, etc, etc, and by the time we launch, everything will be set. All you would have to do is wait for a job, do it, get paid.
This would look great for those just entering the Internet fields on a resume for future careers.
Please reply with any questions. I would prefer to re-post answers just once, not multiple times via PM.
Thanks,
-Matt
