It would probably be better to describe him as a famous domain seller, who sells domains for high amounts of money.

I think it is well known Rick gets very large sales, for not so very great domains. Kudos to him for what he dose though.

Considering the plum time Rick Schwartz was building his portfolio, he's got some pretty average domains. eRealEstate.com, eScore.com, ChristmasCarols.com, even his top .coms like Properties.com and Porno.com are derivatives of the real deal.

Where he excels is selling, he's the greatest domain seller ever. There is nobody who can touch him, his moniker should be domain alchemist, not domain king. What would crown it all is if he sold Flowers.mobi for more than $20,000. That's $20,000, not the $200,000 he paid.
