i want to start a program like www.internetcashback.com but am unsure what the best way to do this is. Do you think that the best way is to use directory such as phpld and custom design it? or to design the site manually and add everything to it.

i'd do it myself so you know EVERYTHING about it.

Especially dealing with money.
Then Beta test it and pay people to try exploit it.

Thanks for the help any idea were to start? i want to learn but barely know the basics so i don't think i can. Any good learning sites? Places to get tips? Don't mind paying people $$$ to help me!

Well you'd want to learn HTML first then you should maybe move onto css then jump into PHP & mysql so you can code the system
